Roberto Greenhalgh holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He began his career in the private sector, working as a technical consultant on institutional development and process management projects. Today, he is a Pre Sales Solutions Engineer at Agilon Health, responsible for technical client interfacing, architecture evaluation, and providing technical support to the sales team. In the public sector, he coordinated the IT team at the Municipal Health Department of São Paulo and served as IT Director in healthcare at the State Department, leading data interoperability and healthcare digitization projects.

Graduated in Computer Engineering, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences, he began his career in computing at Moinhos Fluminense in 1965, then moved on to NCR do Brasil, Banco Andrade Arnaud, and Vulcan Material Plástico. He entered the commercial area at Vulcan Material Plástico in 1975, and starting in 1994, he joined Thomaz de La Rue/American Bank Note, and in 2003, he moved to IntelCav Technology and Cards. In 1997, he established AGO to work in representation and consulting for companies in the field of credit cards and security documents, where he has been serving ever since.

Robert Angus Hiltz has over 50 years of experience in the commercial sector, working with passion and dedication. He began his career at Vulcan Material Plástico S.A., where he was responsible for new product development and expansion into international markets. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions, always focused on innovation and smart solutions. Currently, he leads Data Plásticos, where he provides consulting and commercial representation, with a keen eye on quality and results.
